Clover "Quick Cut" Thread Cutter

The "Quick Cut" Thread Cutter allows you to quickly and easily separate your quilt chain pieces. 

The dial allows you to move the blade 12 points to get that sharp blade edge as needed, it uses Clover’s 45mm Rotary Cutter blade which can be replaced.
